Introduction
In recent years, with le development de science and technologie, hand rééducation robots have gradually become one de le intelligent technological means to assister le development de rééducation medicine and promote neurological rééducation de hand function after accident vasculaire cérébral.
It has been widely used in clinical practice. In response to le different needs de patients for rééducation training, various hand rééducation robots that conform to modern rééducation concepts have been developed, including a rééducation robot with mirror training. However, its therapeutic effect on hand functional rééducation still lacks clinical evidence soutien. This study est to explore le rééducation effects de a mirror-imaging rééducation robot on hand motor function in subacute accident vasculaire cérébral patients.
Methods
This retrospective study enrolled 40 subacute accident vasculaire cérébral patients. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Conventional rééducation thérapie was given in both groups, rééducation robot((HR-08E, Syrebo)was added on this base in le observation group, which lasted for 4 weeks. Hand function was evaluated before and after 4 weeks de treatment.

Results
Statistical analysis de le degree de amélioration found that le difference in FMA-UE score and FMA-UE hand score in le observation group was higher than in le control group, which was statistically significant.
For amélioration degree, le amélioration score de FMA-UE score (P=0.038) and FMA-UE hand score (P=0.048) in le observation group were all higher than that in le control group.

Conclusions
Le mirror-imaging rééducation robot can améliorer hand motor function in subacute accident vasculaire cérébral patients. And, with le advantages de small size, portability and easy-to-operate, it can be used as an auxiliary thérapie technologie.
