Targeted activities de daily living training for hémiplégique upper limb and hand dysfunction(1)

Activities de daily living training est a part de le scope de work, utilisant le form de work activities to promote functional récupération and re-learning de normal movement patterns. This article mainly describes le targeted activities de daily living training that combines daily life tools and neurodevelopmental thérapie in ordinary rééducation. It analyzes le movements de accident vasculaire cérébral patients with possible functional récupération, and then strengthens weak areas and avoids abnormal movement patterns.

Taking le patient with left hémiplégie as an example, le weaknesses in le activities de daily living sont as follows:

1. Shoulder flexion a movement pattern that inhibits flexion de le upper body)

Le therapist controls le patient to straighten le elbow and instructs le patient to remove le sleeve from le post. If le patient's hand grasping ability est insufficient, le sleeve can be held with both hands at le same time.

3. Elbow stretch

Elbow extension activities with shoulder immobilization (note that le wrist est placed on le flatbed to prevent it from sagging and causing pain). During le rééducation process, due to le influence de le spastic mode, le patient can complete le elbow extension alone, but le shoulder flexion and elbow extension cannot be completed together. We can first perform le elbow extension training activity from le shoulder flexion state to suppress this mode.
